Inteha - Not Just Another Copied Bhatt Film

So if you are in to thrillers, then Inteha is just the film for you. Even though this ‘inspired’ (From the 1996 Hollywood film, Fear) Vikram Bhatt movie is quite been-there-done-that in terms of its plot, it still is pretty entertaining due to its creepy/suspense/thriller factor. And as we all know the Bhatt camp thrive on creepy.

Dastak - Surprisingly Good

So I pretty much had seen everything from my DVD collection, and then one fine day Dastak just fell out of nowhere and I was like wow now that’s an obvious sign for me to watch this film – OKAY Fine .. Am just being dramatic, Nothing of this sort happened. The truth is that I have watched Dastak a few times before and I have actually liked it – and am quite surprised about its not-so-impressive box office status.

No celebration for 'Mela'

Mela dilon ka aata hai ik baar … Aa ke chala jaataa hai ….

Yes, this song actually gave away the future of this film … It came once and it went leaving the audience in a dilemma … Whether to loathe this film or ABSOLUTELY hate it ?

The plot is a been-there-done-that. Roopa (Twinkle Khanna) is on the run from the village goons who killed her brother (Ayub Khan). She ends up meeting Kishen (Aamir Khan) and Shankar (Faisal Khan) who help her to fight her demons? Will Roopa avenge her brother’s death? Who wins in the end? Obviously, the good guys – Typical hindi film, eh !

Bollywood Remake of 'Sleeping with the Enemy' × 3

The 1991 Hollywood Film Sleeping with the Enemy has been remade by Bollywood THREE times .. Oh wait make that FOUR times because according to Wikipedia Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche (starring Aftab Shivdasandi and Esha Deol) was also 'inspired' by it. But today we will be talking about the first three of its Hindi remakes. These include Daraar (Starring Juhi Chawla, Rishi Kapoor & Arbaz Khan), Yaraana (Starring Madhuri Dixit, Rishi Kapoor & Raj Babbar) and Agni Sakshi (Starring Nana Patekar, Manisha Koriala & Jackie Shroff). Out of the three, only Agni Sakshi was declared a hit at the box office while the other two failed miserably.

Lajja - Empowering Indian Women

Gorgeous Sonali Bendre in Mujhe Sajan Ke Ghar Jaana Hai song
 Hello again

My apologies for not posting on this forum for so long. I have been really busy with assignments and other things. I still do watch bollywood films – no doubt about that.
Anyway, I had been looking for the film ‘Lajja’ since the time I heard it has a women-oriented theme. And you all know how obsessed I am with this genre (if you didn’t, well you know now).
